The cart page, what a logical place to put a store closed notification, never thought of it. Will do and add the estimated back in business date.
Thanks so much!

Not a problem Sally. Glad I could help someone for a change, instead of everyone else helping me!

Also, if you don't plan to have internet access on your holiday, maybe a note on your Contact page too. I forward my mail to gmail and have internet access while away, but put a note there too just in case I'm having too much fun and don't get time to check my mail each day. :D

One of the thing I considered was the logo area. For now, I'll stick with posting a store offline notice on the cart page. Will is right, a vacation feature like eBay has for stores would be a nice to have.
Thanks

Thanks again for the suggestions. Checkout disabled and large and bright red notice on View Cart page.

My carts will be opened by the end of the month/year. I'm setting up a booth in the KOA/AVI Casino RV Park in Laughlin, NV for the month of Jan. as part of the Cloud's Jamboree Gem Show. Between my booth and my ecommerce carts, hoping for good business.

Merry Christmas!
