Hi,
I was wondering if there was talk of having a log-in section for wholesale accounts with special pricing for the shopping cart?
Or is there another way to do this as I have a shopping cart for my consumers but would like either a way for wholesale clients to log-in or view a different shopping cart for them with special pricing
Thanks

Wholesale account log-in? - Post ID...
Hiya Amandine,
One way you can do this is to save your Current shop to a new location and a new name so you basically have a duplicate of the other shop. Edit it to be the Wholesale shop so the prices are discounted accordingly. Upload it to a different folder maybe called /wholesaleshop instead of just the normal /shop that it usually goes to.
Now use CoffeeCup's Website Access Manager to protect that directory and on your main store add a form on a page that gives people the ability to apply for a wholesale account (if you need this, you may already have something in place for getting new wholesale customers). Setup the accounts as you get new ones so they can access that wholesale shop and you're all set to go.
Do keep in mind though that the inventories would be totally separate entities so if you only have 10 of an item you may want to adjust each shop to have part of that 10 otherwise it will reflect 10 on each which won't decrement both shops if something is bought on 1 of the shops.
Good luck with it
