Thanks but same errors, I tried attaching the complete shopping cart files, but could not upload, system rejected to large. perhaps I did something wrong when creating the shopping cart. I have worked with databases and importing and exporting csv files. can't figure out what is wrong. any other suggestions any other way to get the file to you ? I really like the program but the import feature was one of the reasons I purchased the shopping cart.

Thats weird because I was able to import it into a shop fine after making one alteration.
Check line 9 and make sure that's correct on your original.
In the original
Power Supplies LCD Parts

I changed it to
Power Supplies Plasma Parts
And it then would import.

I checked, the change did nothing except give the same error and that is the wrong category, the part is an LCD part, not a plasma part. the category and sub category is where is should go and the shopping cart created the file sent to you. when i exported it. I have 15 categories and 4 or 5 sub categories in each, LCD Parts is one Plasma Parts is also Power Supply is sub category of both. I am not sure what categories and sub categories you had. why changing the category would do anything? I don't understand how that would change anything. both are my categories something else is causing the problem.

Try deleting that line from the csv and importing it. Then add the product by hand and export so we can compare csv's. If I change the category name of line nine to Supply it imports fine for me.

Try starting a new blank shop and see if it will import. Otherwise you may need to open a support topic. I can import it if I change that one line.

For what it is worth, I too can import this csv file without any issues.

I used this one. I had to remove the image links as I don't have those.
