After purchasing, my customers go to paypal and complete the sale, then the "return to" page goes back the checkout page of the store even though I have another page listed to redirect to. This is OK, but then when I get an email saying someone has purchased, I have to go to where I have an autoresponder opt-in set up and enter them myself to get them in the loop of receiving the thank you email and downloads that come with each purchase. Is this a paypal issue, a shopping cart issue (I am using shopping cart pro, or what? How can I automate this?
