Can I know if the coffeecup shopping cart pro support Paypal when Paypal implement TLS? according to Paypal they will start this on 3rd Dec.

Just tried with one site with coffeecup shopping cart.
This is the return message from Paypal :
PayPal has returned an error!

Error Number: 10486
Short Message:
Long Message: This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.
what does it means?
Good if nothing need to be done on payment gateway, it terrible!
