Ok so when i click on server to select which website address to upload to, it now goes to template selection.

Next click on the smaller server icon which appears and now instead of it AUTOMATICALLY going to the correct one like it used to (unlike SCC basic), now everything is missing, just one hosting provider, the preverbial /public_html/signet1/ has gone missing and instead i just get /shop (DEFAULT ?)

still hunting for the cure, but thought i should mention here incase this update causes similar errors for others with multiple sites, and multiple server addresses

I would suggest you reboot your computer and take a 2 hour lunch and then try again. What you are describing sounds a bit cooky to me.

After the 2 hour break, if your servers are missing, simply re-add them back again and define your remote folder paths per shop and you will be back to normal.
