How do I upgrade from Shopping Cart Creator Basic and Shopping Cart Designer basic to pro versions of both? I hope I can do so by paying the difference rather than re-buying them both, because I bought the wrong ones.

Since Shopping Cart Creator Pro is a completely different program with features that are not found in the Basic version, we have no "upgrade" policy for this program. You would need to purchase Shopping Cart Pro from our website.
