In Shipping Preferences, I left the box unchecked for "Require customers to select a shipping option upon checkout".
Therefore it seems that customers should be able to check out without selecting a shipping option, but they can't.
I saw an old post from a couple of years ago regarding this, but it was from an older version of SCC and I don't think the check box was in the shipping preferences on that version, so it wasn't resolved.
Is there any way to have the second shipping option and have the customer NOT have to choose a shipping option when checking out?
