I would clear the whole site.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

The Contact page comes up, accept it has my 404 text in it.
I removed my 404 page, so I have no idea where that is coming from.
Problem now is, I need to be someplace in half an hour. So will need to continue this tomorrow.

I see the form just fine. Go to the Contact page and hit ctrl + f5

Yep looks fine to me now too. I would only make 1 suggestion for the form really and that's to move the captcha to the middle or something as it looks a bit out of place on the left. Other than that looks great, well done Gerry!

I'll take your suggestion and move the Captcha to the center later this afternoon.
Now I have to get to work on the shipping (oh goodie).
You'll probably hear from me in the near future whining about that.
I really do appreciate the super help that CoffeeCup gives here on the forum.

Glad you got it all sorted out. The only reason you had issues was because your shop is published to the root of your domain so the contact.php for the shop and the form got confused. The little things that can happen but it all worked out in the end.
