I have my shopping cart setup to purchase tees - my customers need to be able to personalize the fronts & backs. I tried entering html for text boxes but it didn't transmit the info to the cart - (can this be done?).
So I've resorted to using a form. Is it possible to have the form info transmitted with the order instead of having to separately submit the info and then send the customer back to complete transaction?
I'm using CCSCP; here's an example of what I'm talking about:

Plus I'm not a fan of how the form looks "thrown into" the rest of the doc...just seems a bit out of place.
Text box needed/using form - Post ID...
If this is possible, I would love to know how to accomplish this. I have the same problem with our customers either not submitting the form, or submitting the form twice after being redirected back to the shopping cart page (Now with an empty form). Then they have to checkout with paypal. It's all very clunky the way I have it set up now.
Hiya guys,
Sorry we must have totally missed the original post here, my apologies.
As for the answer, it is no you cannot transmit form data along with an order as forms do not integrate into either of the SCC programs. It's possible we'll see an addition to the program in a future release that gives us the ability to let our customers input customization information, but at this time the only thing you can do is add a form and have them submit it separately.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
