Tax Calculation.

I have tried and tried to figure out how to make the taxes correct, but they are not working. For instance the program adds a zero at the end. I need to have a tax rate of .079 not .0790. I need to know how to fix this.

There is no difference. .079000000000000000000000000000000000000 is the same as .079. Now if it added it to the beginning it would be a big difference.
As long as it is adding a 0 you are fine. If it adds a 1-9 then you have a problem.
So in conclusion do not worry about this.
It is as it should be.
