I am the owner of SCCPro and wondered if anyone had any major success using the cart?
I have had mine online for a while and sold less than a hand full of things, no matter what I try, would love to hear other peoples storys and how they managed to get notice (I have used adwords and the like).

Have you populated the meta description and meta keyword fields?
Also, have you submitted your site to the search engines? That speeds things up a bit.

CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
For UK sales as you are in uk (as am I) you should buy, and park the .co.uk domain, .com is not UK specific
Your category headings are repetitive :: make them unique, more relative to key words
I did a uk search or ten, not showing up well under relative searches so i guess key wording in general needs attention
If you want a few tips, check my delorean site in signature, go to cart and after selecting each category, hover curser over browser tab, it will show you details for that category, yours could easily be similar.
My main shopping cart website (not in signature) has been live three years, sales are not huge volume (not expected due to products) but it does produce regular high end sales.
As a guide 600 hits per month is fairly average, 3% sales is about what I expect
More work you put in the better the results you get out : google webmaster tools, yahoo & bing site submit, sitemap , not sure if you have done them or not

Dazzy, you may want to link your sitemap, and Eric has a really easy way of building a page that matches your shop exactly. If I can do it, you can.
Linking the sitemap might help a bit, and it at least gives your customers a list of products you have in stock, giving them a stocklist much quicker to the eye.

Hi Bren, thanks so much, I have the sitemap thing from coffee cup, will get that run again, problem is it keeps freezing on me, will have another go now though and get it all linked etc.
Thanks for the info :-)
Dazzy,
I have noticed that Google added a few links recently to 'Other Resources' under 'Webmaster Tools', that may be useful to you. The 'Google Merchant Center' seems particularly relevant (see attached screenshot from the Google WM site)
You do have a Google Webmaster account, don't you? If not, you should get one! It will give you a lot of advice on how to get noticed on the web.
