Paintbrush, my shop site hosted with JH not sdrive does exactly that

I think it just depends when you put the pathway what you specify,

Have you tried yourdomainname/shop, or yourdomainname/site/ or yourdomainname/shop/product
Started using CC VSD in January 2009, I don't do HTML code, Sales from CC site exceeding expectations taken me out of semi-retirement

It will only scan either the site or the shop, but not both :( when I tried adding one to the other (.../shop), it wasn't able to scan at all.
Guess I'll have to go lurk in the Sitemapper forum for awhile :D

Try this. I tested it on my Coffeecup site and it scanned my shop also with just that one link to it on the index page.
