Any way to change the sold out icon to a similar icon that just says sold?

In Shopping Cart Designer Pro load up your theme and it's on the Product Properties section the very last setting on the Background tab for that section. Change that image to whatever image you want to use, make sure of course that it fits

I was actually just looking to see if anyone knew where I can get the image from? Does Coffeecup sell it?

Yep there's some graphics packs that include them, I'm not sure other than the Basic Resource Pack graphics pack which I know has a few. I know there are more, but they aren't real obvious on the site. I'll look through the ones I have and see if they have any in them and I'll let ya know, I have quite a few of the graphics packs so I should know in just a few minutes.

In the mean time go here and see if you have some already to choose from as my directory has a dozen of them in it that I'm pretty sure it installed default:

documents (where ever your documents folder is)/CoffeeCup Software/Shopping Cart/product/

Check that directory and see if you don't already have about a dozen of them to choose from. I'll let ya know which packages I find that has some soon

The Basic Resources graphics pack has about 35 of them in it, but..... it's no longer on the site to purchase because it's not in .wisp format. Maybe put in a support ticket and see if the CC Team will let you still purchase it? It has over 100 graphics in it for shop stuff.

When you go into the directory I navigated you to in the last post there is also an Examples folder in there that has 2 folders in it. The Graphics folder in there has a couple Sold Outs in it.

Another thing you can do is check the other theme folders in both Web Image Studio and the shopping programs and see what is in those themes as each theme has their own set of icons for things like Sold Out etc. You can easily copy those to a new folder and use them for your shops too.

Wish I could be of more help but unfortunately I went through all my graphics and the only package that contained them is the Basic Resource package so definitely see if the CC team will sell it to you or not.

Another question. I am trying to test the checkout and witout even completing the checkout it updates the item as sold. How come?

That is by design. If you have only 1 unit of the item and started the checkout process, another person could do the same. That would cause you to oversell a product. We set it as sold out to correct that. If you do not complete the process, the sold out should revert again when your session times out.
