Anyway to update a product to sold? I tried setting the quantity to 0 but when I upload it they do not show the sold sign.

Yes, you do that by setting the inventory amount to 0. First click Inventory to sync your shop with the software. Make sure it is still set to 0. Then publish.

under use default write 0? or do I do this in the product grid? In the product grid it does not allow me to change the inventory amount.

In the More Options tab in the SET box.

The sold action has me a little worried. I keep getting sold signs without anyone buying anything. I know you said this is by default but I do not think this is a good idea. The sold sign stays up for a long time after. I mean I think I prefer two customers to pay for the same thing than miss out on a sale because there is a sold sign. I can always refund one customer but I cannot get that missed sale back. I still think there should be a way to have it change only if the funds are received. I mean what are the chances that two customers will buy at the exact same time? Is there not a way to design it to only put sold if it actually sells?

This has been like this for who knows how long but since I seen it half an hour -

By the way I updated the amount of these coins to 22 and uploaded the store again and it still shows as sold instead of showing there is 22 more. How come?
