Well good luck there Volfan and do come post again when you find out what the issue was so it may help others that come across the same thing. :)

Hey :)

Just coming over to update and saw you asked LOL I surely want to let people know it's NOT the software. It went to S-Drive perfectly. Scott had me right-click the shortcut icon for SCC Pro and go to properties and compatibility. Clicked to run as Administrator and also run in compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 2). That helped; showed a few errors "while deleting . . . " and all were .png files. It continued uploading though (REAL FAST, whew!) and just a couple more things to figure out. I'm thinking it must have something to do with my comp being re-done because I never had to do the compatibility stuff before and using same host as always (GoDaddy). Will update again when all is 100% well :) And a plug for Scott . . . he's amazing to work with!!

Okay, after changing the properties/compatibility, he had me to remove the products folder from the server (I saved it to a new folder on my desktop because I had some lightbox files I would need to put back on, and in case of emergency LOL) and publish fresh; that was to help my computer sync again correctly with GoDaddy. It worked 100%!! Took 16 minutes with 91 files - really good considering it had to re-render all the photos and other things. Made some changes she was waiting on, re-published twice and both times quick as lightening. Scott explained that I probably had to change compatibility due to something on my computer, either firewall or anti-virus not wanting to let it write to the temp folder. I believe he's totally correct on that, I probably didn't get a setting tweaked right when I got my comp back up and running :)

*grumbles that she told you to redo the upload days ago* LOL

Seriously though I am very glad to hear you have it all working like it should. Sometimes files just get messed up and need to be freshened up from the ground up on the servers so that was a pretty easy fix I think. Good luck on the rest of it!

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
