Does this mean the standard Designer? I'm holding off on designer Pro until the Pro cart is released. I want to be sure to get the discount. Thanks.

As long as you own one of the Designer versions, you will be eligible for the upgrade.

A lot of the extra delay in releasing the pro verion, has been down to adding extra features and adding refinement to those features. I'm sure that when folks see the work that has gone into the pro version, they'll understand why the release date has ended up a little later than originally anticipated.

The 'mark two' version of the beta is really looking the part now :)

Just a daft question :P

Will existing carts upgrade with the Pro version ? I don't really fancy redoing everything :(

It would seem like Christmas is coming again in February !!

hiya Duncan,

Rest assured you'll just need to load up your existing shop and it will work just fine.

With the newer version of the Shopping Cart Designer you'll need to upgrade your theme *coughs and points at Scott and tells him to just shut up* and it will have more options for the themes too in Designer so you'll want to play with that a little bit. But it will definitely work with your existing shops :)

Is there a feature list for Pro for us to chew on until the real thing gets here?
