Shipping Does Not Added For 2 items...

Hi
I just opened my shop, and i'm using shipping based on weight.
I'm testing the shop with only 2 items so far, however when someone adds one item to the cart it asks for shipping destination. But if someone adds one of each - the shop does not ask for shipping at all and take them to paypal.

HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

I just tried it out here and it seemed to work fine for me. It always asks for shipping.

I cannot see from your shop how much each item weighs as you are not displaying that, but what I think the issue is that the combined weight of both products exceeds an amount that you have not configured any prices for.

I would suggest a few things:

1. Show the weight on your products.
2. Double check all your weight shipping tables and make sure a $ amount is added for each.

great, it was just fixed!!
However
If someone buys 3 of each shouldn'l the shipping charges multiply?
i set the shipping rate for Ca lets say for $12.09 for up top 3lbs - so if someone order 5 of each boxes, how do i make sure they are charged shipping correctly? as of now the shipping charge stays the same if they buy 1 item or 50

If I am not mistaken, these weights are added together. It is not the shipping charges that get multiplied. So let's say if your one item weighs 3 pounds each, three of them will weigh 9 pounds. You have to make sure you have a weight in your scale for 9 pounds and a corresponding money amount. So you have to do quite a few weights in your scale to cover the chance for people ordering more than one.

If I am wrong on this, please correct me. I am in the process of setting up my shipping also.

Yes, what Steven said is correct. Just make sure all your math is correct and all price ranges have a valid price and you will be all set.
