theoretically your sitemap should appear at something like

yourwebsiteurl.co.uk/sitemap.xml or yourwebsiteurl.co.uk/sitemap folder name/sitemap.xml

I just pulled up kimberlyconwaysart.com/sitemap.xml and it gave me a page that has what I'm guessing is the sitemap but it has at the top "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." I'll have to do more research on this.. also, I was playing around with adding a page to my shopping cart and putting the sitemap there but I can't figure out how to put it on a page in SCCP. Guess I'll have to spend some time on that later today as well.

Thanks everyone for your help!

Go Daddy should include the information. I can't imagine a big company like that not including it. I wasn't sure if you hosted through a small reseller, and something they don't have good stats.

Keep trying around your visits area. I've never used Go Daddy so I don't know their stat layout, but it should be there. It may be included with all the visits, where it should list them by IP, and look for anything like google, or bots. :)

Thanks, Bren, I'll spend some more time looking at the stats to get a better idea of what information I can get from there. I'm sure there are forums on Go Daddy that help with that as well.. I never thought I would be spending so much time in forums! but it's not so bad when you have good people willing to help out and share their knowledge! :)

Well at least I know I'm on the right track! :)

I got your email from the form on my site but didn't get anything from you at the other email address I sent you. Please try again - tconway1970@gmail.com

Actually.. I just checked again and I did get it, just didn't come through on my phone for some reason :/. I emailed you back.

Don't confuse a search engine sitemap.xml with a visitor sitemap.html as they are not the same thing.

Which one does the Coffee Cup Sitemapper make?

Do you have to specify which one you want or does it just automatically make both?

I believe it creates both. You upload everything to your site. You don't do anything with the xml file, as the search engines will automatically read them (You can submit that xml to Google Webmaster tools, though). You can place a link somewhere on your site to link the sitemap.html file for visitors to see.
