This did help, but after the buyers select their shipping method, it doesn't add the shipping in unless they click "update cart" above the order information. Everyone in the last week has skipped that and proceeded to checkout, which bypasses shipping charges.
It seems like the cart used to automatically change the totals to include shipping once they customer chose the destination and the shipping method. Now, we aren't receiving shipping for ANY orders, because people aren't looking up above the order info and updating the cart.
Is there any way to fix that? It makes a mess trying to keep track of orders when we have to send separate invoices through PayPal for shipping charges.
