SCCP; Inventory Error Message on Upload
Hi community. I keep getting an error message when trying to upload SCCP with inventory enabled.
The message begins "There was a problem updating your store inventory. Your shop URL may be invalid....."
The URL as specified in the Inventory configuration dialogue box is accurate!!!! Is this me, a server side issue....any ideas....bit frustrated. Thanks in advance.

OK, I have managed to successfully upload the inventory, but definitely not the URL issue. I had some empty categories in the cart. When putting in some dummy products the inventory upload was OK. Does this mean for the inventory to work, you cannot have empty categories??? Will do some more testing and playing around in the meantime. Advice more than welcome. Matt
Arghhhhhhh!!!! The error message has returned. The URL details are totally fine. Help!!!!
I would suggest that you place a ticket with CC Support as no one has answered your question.

I have lots of empty catagories in my shop. Did you import a csv for your shop?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Hi Eric...I didn't import from a csv, but the problem seems resolved...probably a server-side issue. Thanks in the meantime. Matt
