I have made a new custom "home page" (index.html) which shows up in the menu along with "shop home".

How do I eliminate the "shop home" from the menu?

The shop home is a default page, you cannot remove it, but I believe you might be able to change the page name. I don't think you can actually change the contents setup other than a few basic parts of it as the theme, but the contents only have a few different settings for that page as it's a shop and that's the main page of it.

What you "can" do is go into the Shop Tools of the SCC program you're using and set it up so that the home page of your website index.html is the home page of the shop. Then on your website menu add the Shop Home (or whatever you name that page to) so that you can go back and forth between them fairly smoothly.

Cleared index.php of all it's contents. Put in my new info. Renamed it from Shop Home. Problem solved.

You did all this right inside the software right? Otherwise you'll have to do all that every time you update your shop, so do be sure to do as much as possible within the software to save yourself some headaches. If you did, then I'm glad it all worked out for you

Unfortunately no but, uploading an extra file shouldn't be too much of a hassle.

Well I would definitely test the functionality of things like the inventory control (if you use it that is) as uploading things on your own other than simple text changes or css changes can many times mess up the functionality of some of the shop stuff. Since the home page of the shop is an extremely integrated part of the shop you will want to be sure it hasn't messed with any of the functions, that includes monetary functions. I would also suggest opening a support ticket to ask this question to the CC team to be sure it won't mess you up in the long run. Good luck with it though, I do hope that solution will work for you.
