HI,
How do I remove shipping costs from products?
The site is http://www.nevergiveupconditioning.com/index.php
If you add something to the cart and then checkout with paypal it has an area for a zip code to be put in and adds it to the price for shipping but we offer free shipping. Any suggestions?

Click on "Shipping" at top of SCCP.
Now change your shipping method to Manual.
I think you can also uncheck the Require customers to select a shipping option at checkout".

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi Eric,
I did that as instructed and it still adds $60 for shipping on all items for any zip code and in SCCP under manual, all shipping costs are 0.00

I added something to the cart and viewed my items and no shipping cost was added. I have attached a screenshot. I think you are good to go.

Hi Steve,
It doesn't show the shipping in the cart, but if you proceed to checkout with paypal and input your zip code it will add $60.00.

Fixed it, it was a setting in paypal.

Can you please provide us of a screen shot of your Shipping settings? That may help us troubleshoot the issue a bit more.

I just went through to PayPal and input my shipping zip and it shows me $0.00 for shipping. I am also East of the Mississippi.
