Published site http://carboncultures.thegreenbox.org/ but it is missing all of the theme elements. This is a linux AWS AMI installation, we want to use as a default shopping cart. When publish the preview, it looks just fine, which we took a picture of at http://www.thegreenbox.org/tgbpublic/cc-example.jpg

We believe all the right acl's are setup.

Need Help! Thanks

It seems that the default.css and the styler.css are missing.:)
It appears to be an issue with using a subdomain because I found your css.

Here's a shop published correctly to your host that's in a subdomain.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

It's a little tricky in that the carboncultures (subdomain) is actually a different server completely, with an A record in DNS.

So thgreenbox.org is a SBS2008 Server that is indeed hosting our production shop and works correctly. The carboncultures.thegreenbox.org is a test site at different location.

Now when I "published" the shop to a local disk, I do see it created a css and js subdirectories. But when I look on the server it was published to, those directories are missing?

Now when I re-upload the shop, I see that the shopping cart creator is assuming that even though it's a subdomain, that the primary server "thegreenbox.org" is the host? As subdomains can be completely different servers...shouldn't the program have the base server then as a variable?

I'm going to see if I can "trick" the SW for time being using the hosts file.

Or...maybe create a temporary shop domain so we can publish it fully. We don't have access to a production server with that domain (carboncultures.com).

OK, creating a new full domain allowed us to publish correctly. Would ask that be considered as a future change to program...allowing root server IP to be specified. We often have "many" different servers specified under subdomains for different functions, and very common for enterprise as well.

A possible "bug"? but when we updated our different product categories pages, they didn't get updated until we deleted the old one on the server. It didn't seem to be able to tell that they were changed in SCC-pro. We ended up just deleting the entire site directories and all...and then they were what we had in SCC-pro.
