Hello! Very happy with all my Coffeecup software, Just finally ran into a problem tho. My computer crashed, had to bring it back to OOBE. Anyway, now wen I try to update my shop, it still looks the same as before. No new products. It says it updated successfully but it did not. I even went as far as to delete the /shop/ folder, make a new shop folder and republish. It looks to me as if my index.php is not being updated or something. Please help! Thanks!

Did you try ctrl + f5?
I see products on your page.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Yes, those are the old products. When I update, everything still looks the same as it did before. I know I am uploading correctly and to the correct directory as well...

Yes. I a,. I would love to erase everything on the server and start over but I don't know what files to erase. I still have my latest project files.

Hi Alexander,

Since you re-installed the software, double check your server settings in the Shopping cart program. Make sure you use 'passive mode' and under 'more options' make sure you're on FTP and 'port 21'. Just a few things to double check.

If that's not it, have you tried DirectFTP to upload your cart files?
