Hi All,
I tried to load my software the other day (have not used it in a few months due to other stuff) and my shop kept giving me an error when i tried to save it, All of the shop templates had vanished, I uninstalled the software, downloaded a new version and tried to re install (Cart Creator & Designer pro) but now get the following error when installing both:
Warning
Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly,
Gallery could not be copied to destination folder
I have tried several times but get the same error and when i open up the software i have no templates
Any Idea's?

You never said what error you are getting, so I am just going to give you the best overall answer that should cover the problem. 
Here's what you need to do:
1. Go to Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs or Windows Control Panel > Uninstall a Program to remove all copies of Shopping Cart Creator and Shopping Cart Designer, Shopping Cart Creator Pro and Shopping Cart Designer Pro.
2. Go to the Documents folder and delete your Shopping Cart Creator folder.
3. Go to My Products to download the latest versions of Shopping Cart Creator (Basic/Pro) and Shopping Cart Designer (Basic/Pro) that you want to use.
This should fix you up!
