A question, does your window host support php? This could be a reason for the problem if your host does not support php. Also which php does your host support? In other words is it the correct version for the shop or an older version.

I would certainly put in a support ticket and include the links so they can check what the problem is.

Hope someone else here might know another solution.

I was helping the customer out yesterday. The problem was with the IIS server.

Problem should be resolved. Apparently the windows server used by my host provider doesn't support php. Looks like I'll have to switch service providers

Unless you have specific need of a Windows server, give Linux a go. It is generally cheaper than Windows hosting, comes with php as standard and offers far more flexibility than Windows servers.

Unless you have a specific need to be on a Windows server, like using ASP or Access, Linux is the way to go.

when i bought the 2 tools, shopping chart designer and creator, I was told that they do not work under iis.
Do they now?
