Hi,

I would like my pictures to fit perfectly in the box and not show the white background on the top and bottom of my picture. Anyone know what size I would have to make my images to be able to achieve this?

Your images don't fill now because their not square. I'm thinking 300x300 is the max.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

How can I make them square? I tried editing them in Microsoft Office picture manager but everytime I write 300 x 300 it changes it to 300 x 203.

You'll need to crop them or add a background to the image to fill the space above and below.
You'll need a photo editor WIS should be able to accomplish this.:)

Whart program is wis? Will it allow me to crop the exactly at 300x 300?

Thanks! I will try it out now. Also, do you know if there is any way to mark a product as sold in scc pro? or does it only do this if the item is sold on your site? Since I sell on multiple venues if something sells somewhere else besides my site I would need to mark it as sold on my site. Thanks!

You'll have to set the inventory up on the more options tab. If you looking at two sites for inventory then you'll have to set the amount to 0 manually when it's depleted.
At the bottom of the more options tab there's a place to set the inventory. Enter 0 and publish.:)

Hi Everyone,

I just opened my shop to make some changes and all of my pictures are gone. It just shows a white square instead of all my pictures. Anyone know what the problem could be? I am scared to upload the website since I do not want my pictures to erase. Can anyone help me please?
