This morning when I opened my shop data base all pictures were missing from it. I have hundreds of items in the store so I want to be sure of what I do to retrieve them.
I have other stores I am working on, and those were fine, pictures in tact in the CC software.

I just published an update to the store Thurs, and online it looks fine.
But this is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I restored photos from a back up disc. Two questions:

-I have multiple back ups so I am not panicking. But is there an easy way restore images by using the auto save? I realize that I may loose just a few items that I just worked on.

-Has this happened to anyone else more than once? I am wondering if this will reoccur.

I downloaded some programs yesterday and I wonder if that caused this issue. The first time Scott thought the files became adulterated somehow....but no telling exactly how.

Norma - Do you have a specific link? I went to the site in your sig line, and looked around a bit, all items viewed had pics included. Try forcing a refresh meanwhile(?).

No the missing pix were in my computer / data base / software, online they were fine.... so the problem was in my computer. We just got an external HD and restored from there. Its just a bit unnerving is all, having never used one. I would like to prevent this from happening if at all possible :+) Wish I knew what was doing it...
