I just tested my Shopping Cart from SCC Pro. It was built using a custom template in SCD Pro. I used pictures for background, logo and product. They look fine when I preview the site but when I uploaded it the logo and product pictures are gone. Background pics are ok. I tried re-loading the site...same response. Any suggestions?

I would try republishing your shop.

Re-loaded all the images (to fix some sizing issues) and have re-loaded the site several times, pictures are still not displaying. Is there a particular image type (.jpg, .gif, etc.) that works best; perhaps I need to convert images to a different type.

That's really strange that the code is there for the images but their not making it to the sever. I would open a support ticket as I can't think of anything that would prevent the images from being uploaded.

I would have a look in the "Your Shop" tab, look down the list, is .htaccess for apache servers ticked? I've found if I have this ticked, my shop won't load the images in, try disabling it if it is active, this should sort it.

Hey Dazzy...not only do you guys put on a great wedding, but you provide awesome advice. I unchecked .htaccess as you suggested and the pictures load just fine. You are as good as your picture. Might be useful for the CoffeeCup guys to check out the reason for this.

I added a new category with a few items in it, and all of the photos for this category were not uploaded. This could be because the first attempt to publish failed part way through. Is there a way to reset the sync, and let the whole thing upload? Or do I just need to ftp those pics the old-fashioned way?

Hi Yankee...forgive me for stating what might seem obvious, but have you also checked the "publish" icon for the new category?

If you delete the sync.xml on your server and publish your shop again, it will re-upload all of your shop files again for you.
