hello all,
1. Can I enable all of my payment options? Authorize.net, Google, and Paypal? if so how do I do that?
2. Do I have to pay for hosting the shopping cart or can I host in on my websites hosting? How do I connect the 2? my website is VSD.
3. in the shipping calculations, how can I make all the states combined? so I don't have to enter each state individually. and how do I add APO/FPO/DPO ?

It's a one payment option plan at the moment.
You can host your shop anywhere you like as long as the host meets the minimum requirments for the app.
Number 3 I'm lost. Your only shipping the stuff to one address so wouldn't one state be correct?

Hmm I'll look at that Eric, but I am almost positive I recall being able to set up more than one payment plan option in the settings. I could swear that was something I asked when I was doing my shop and was told that you could set up multiple payment options and weren't locked into just one. Scott are you around to clarify this?

There's options for different credit cards to display but you can only chose one option from the Payment Provider drop down.

You can use 1 or all of the payment options. Just select an option, then under the info there is a check box to use that option. You can fill out and check all the options if you like.

How can you select them all? I know you can fill out your account info for Google wallet and Paypal but will they both show? I don't recall it working that way.

Yep, jist tested it! You select the payment option you want, then check the box to use that payment option, then fill in yer data. When you preview or publish yer web site, all the payment options show up in yer cart! Sweet!
