Is it possible to change the logo being used for Authorize.net? I have had a number of customer that thought it was somehow associated with Paypal or Google. The fact that the logo is shaped differently may not help.

Not sure what else the logo could say but it's hindering sales for me.

There is no way to do this within the software, but you could change it by hacking through the scripts on the server. I don't have any documentation on how to do that, so you will have to go on a sort of scavenger hunt to locate it. ;)

I'm not sure if you are kidding but if not, I would have no clue how to do it.

If you look in the cccdata/images folder on the server, you could find the image and replace it with whatever image you want to appear. You would need to name it exactly the same as the one you replace but it should work

Use the firebug add on in FX and find out the path and the name of the logo then design the logo the way you want it and save it with the same name then upload it to the same location on the sever. As Jefff has pointed out should work fine.:)
