n shopping cart pro when I double click on a category either main or sub it will not open.
Help what should I do?

Did you try restarting the app and or your pc?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Yes tried restarting and uninstalled then reinstalled still the some.

Hi Chet are you talking about the preview on your pc? Is so then make sure you are previewing the entire shop and not just the current product, otherwise you will get 'file not found' errors.

I'll attach a snapshot of the screen that I am in.
The problem seem to start after I added 4 pages to the nav.
I started a new shopping cart to see what would happen and all works.
