Although I can add as many shipping methods in the weight based shipping:

shop settings > Shipping > weight - based shipping.

On check out the drop down shipping method box only shows 3 available of the 5 that I have added. This is the min. that I need. How can I change this?

I have a set delivery charge for a max weight which is regardless of the items in the box, which changes according to location.

However, I also want to add a price/option for customers to send/purchase a smaller gift of 1, 2 or 3 items.
The pricing would be the flat rate (for up max kg) + an additional courier packaging cost.

Seen as my customers will select to add their own delivery costs they should be able to see;

Normal charge (per case)
1 item (inc.special packaging)
2 items(inc.special packaging
2 items (inc.special packaging
Collection - Free Delivery

but I can only see 3! I was seeing this in preview mode, don't know if that makes any difference.

Would appreciate help or advice on a better way round this
