I have double checked all the pictures are suitable size and quality

main picture looks distorted until you open it up in window with the other pictures and then it looks fine.

I have removed and replaced it about 5 times, same every time

In Shopping Cart Designer Pro, you can now customize the height/width for these images. You may want to customize your theme and set these dimensions. This would correct the issue you are having.

Hi scott i have done all of that in designer pro

most listings look ok its just the odd one here and there that has this problem

i have started making all images the same size, 4cm wide allowing heigh to be proportionate

Its probably down to my usual amateur errors

Been a great program though considering i said i didn't need it.

The key to making it all work is whatever image dimensions you set in Designer Pro, those images need to be sized to those dimensions when you add them to SCC.

Thank you Scott I now feel about an inch tall (240 x 240 pxls anyway)

That cured it, just need to re do all the rest now
