We are currently running a special through Groupon. Our store accepts reservations for tours so I set up the options for customers to pick the month, day, & time. It would really help us if we could have a little text input box for the Groupon tours where they could type in the bar code from their Groupon voucher too. It appears that product options must appear in a drop down menu form. Is there any way to insert a text input option that I'm not seeing?

Something similar to this has been requested by other users who want their potential customers to be able to request special customization on certain products. For the time being this is not available, but I strongly suggest that you take this over to the Suggestions thread where the CC team will pick it up and add it to their list - and to our "wish list".

Meanwhile the only thing I can suggest is that you set up a form online where your customers can mail you the information you require whilst they are still within the store. CC's web form builder can be used, so if you don't have the software you can download the trial version to see if it will work for you.
