New product picture - Post ID 221909
I'm trying to put a new picture of a product in my shopping cart. Whenever I put a new one in, the old one pops back up again. How can I get rid of the old picture?
I tested out my ability to change the picture by deleting the old one, then uploading the shopping cart. This worked, as it no longer showed a picture. So then I went back in and put in the new picture and the old one showed up again!
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for your help!

Did you clean your browser cache? And some servers also need some time to update themselves.
Ha en riktig god dag!

I don't think it's a problem with my server or browser cache because when I change the picture in the shopping cart creator, it changes back to the old one in the shopping cart creator itself.
This is what I've done:
* Click on product detail
* Double-click on the picture and then select the file with the new picture and click "open"
* The new picture then appears
* Then I click "save shop".
* Then I click on the "Product List" tab and then click on product detail once again and it has the old picture!

Is the name of the new and the old the same?

No, I used a different file name for the new picture.
Did you try saving and closing and restarting SCCP?

I just tried that and it didn't work either. The old picture came back.
I went ahead and deleted the product and created a new one. That worked. Phew!
