My old laptop is about to bite the dust and I have SCC Pro and many different product images on it in many different folders. How do I move the cart and photo files without losing the links? I know that SCC Pro does not save the images into its program, just the locations. So, if it is a new location, how do I tell the program? Or do I just have to be sure that the photos are in the same named files on the new computer?

Hiya Mary,

When you save your shop you usually end up with 2 things, one is a .scc file that is your shop file and the other is a folder that has the name of your shop with _files on the end of it. The .scc file contains the shop setups and the folder_files contains all the files, images, etc it needs to reconstruct your shop. You also need your custom saved themes if you edited and saved any so make sure you get those files too. You can find the theme files here:
yourcomputeraccountname\Documents\CoffeeCup Software\Shopping Cart\Themes\My Themes
your custom themes should be in there, ending with the .sct extension.
