I'm trying to find a way to move Price, Quantity, and the Add-to-cart up above the Description in the product detail.

Can I do this in either Shoppingcart Designer PRO or Shoppingcart Creator PRO, and if yes, how is it done?

I mostly use up to the 15,000 character limit to describe my products, but I don't necessarily want for the customers to have to read all my prose before they buy.

I, too, would like the ability to adjust the product detail layout but this is currently not possible. This ability, if ever implemented, would most likely appear in SCD Pro.

The only way to have the type of flexibility you are looking for is to use CSS and HTML to manipulate the software. You can add these things through the html tool.

The elements Magic is referring to appear at the bottom of each product's detail page. These are hard coded and cannot be altered through CSS or HTML. A PHP file would need to be edited.
