I can not seem to find any reference to this except..Do not remove category page

I would like to remove the category link as the products are of the same category.

This is a test cart.

Can I remove the category link and just have Camping Gear as the picture attached shows.

You have to have a category in order to have a product.
Put both products in the same category.

If you want your products found by google. yahoo etc, you need that category link

Google looks at each category and can end up part of search results

cat 1 :: high quality pop up hiker tents

cat 2 :: inexpensive budget price kids tents

cat 3 :: calor gas camping stoves and accessories

cat 4 :: compact thermal sleeping bags for back packers

cat 5 :: heavyweight sleeping with full zip, convert into double

aussiein canada, I'm now wondering if it's how the category shows on your shop. You can't remove it from the menu but you can manipulate how the category page displays in your shop. Check out the "Your Shop" settings then click on "Pages". There you can tweak what shows on the category page. If you like you can change the name of it by clicking "Pages" at the top of SCCP then on the right hand panel under the basic info tab click on the word "Category" in the menu then click on the pencil to edit the name.
