I am working on a website for a client who sells t-shirts, teamwear and fan wear for local school teams. Is there a way to include personalization on an ordered shirt like a name or number? I can add the option and charge for it but I cannot figure out how to allow the customer to include details of the personalization. Is this possible with SCCP?

That feature isn't available yet. I"m pretty sure they are working on it as it's a very highly requested feature, but for now the best you can do is put a form on your site. One thing some people do is include it on the landing page that is gone to after purchasing with a paragraph telling them that if they had customization selected in their order to use the form to send the requested information etc. etc.

Right now that's about all you can do. Hopefully that will change in the future so people can do the customization information with the order itself.

Oh I'm sure they are aware of it, right now the Form Builder and HTML Editor as well as the OSX versions of a few pieces of the software are on their plate for sure, not sure what else they are working on that we aren't aware of too lol. I'm sure they know though, it's been posted quite a few times as requests and suggestions which I'm sure they couldn't miss. Hopefully it won't be too far down the road

Just been searching for this same feature. Not sure if it will ever come because I think someone asked about this in 2010 and was told then that it might end up in the pro version. Guess it's still coming?

You could add a form to your View Cart page using WFB.

1. Open your form.
2. Go to Form Publishing and log into your CoffeeCup Account.
3. Click ok to close Settings.
4. Click on the Publish button to upload your form to S-Drive.
5. Copy the script that comes up.
6. Open your Shop in SCCP.
7. Click the Pages Button.
8. Click View Cart Tab.
9. Click on the blue "HTML" Button.
10. Paste the code from Form Builder.
11. Click ok and publish your shop.

And you now have a item personalization.
