I've already posted in another section of this forum about this and have contact support. Unfortunately the first post was ignored (but customer service did respond to the thread hijacker after mine) and the suggestion by customer support did not work.

So my new question is not why does my inventory continue to show negative numbers despite my many attempts to get it to show the correct amount. No, my new question is when are you going to fix the comically broken inventory handling so that I can continue to use your products without infuriating my customers?

Venting over problems with your shop on this forum before politely asking for help is no way to get help. Were all uers just like you. It's hard to tell why your having problems with your inventory without more information. Did you check all your settings in your shop? What did your support topic suggest?

I emailed you back on August 2nd with instructions but you never replied back. If that did not help, you should at least take a moment and respond back and let us know. If you do not communicate with us, how are we able to help Grant?

Great, thanks for all the help. Here is how I managed to get this issue fixed for now:

I deleted the shop in my S-Drive control panel and re-uploaded it with the correct inventory numbers in it. I have not updated the inventory manually since that point, but at least I know how to fix it if it ever becomes humorously inaccurate again.
