I've been trying to insert a form using form builder into the view cart page of my shop by using the insert HTML function. I have a web site created with VSD and a link from that site to my shop created with SCCPRO. When I preview my shop in VSD, all I see is a blank form. Am I missing a file or two when uploading my form to my server?

In preview you probably wont see it due to the way the files are referenced locally. You may only see it once you upload.
