I've been trying to import a csv and keep getting error messages. about collums not being formated correctly. so I tried just exporting as csv and then importing the very same file without doing anything to it and it wouldn't work. What I have in the fields is pictures of the products and I want to add all the other info from the csv . I have an old version of excel Could that be it? (2000 i beleive)
Does the product description and price have to be there before exporting? (defeats the purpose)
I'm getting "value error" and "not a valid type quantity"
Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

You can find detailed instructions here at http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … eator-pro/ on how to properly format your csv file. It sounds like for the quantity, you have some alpha characters in there.
