Eric, your example of the accordion text effect is exactly what I want to do. Can I do this in VSD though or not?
It's a simple thing I want to do and this is it and as am not clever on web design in anyway VSD is the thing for me but cant seem to grasp how to do this.

I downloaded the zip file, put it in my website folder, the text works fine but there's no graphics or any sliding going on
Help :rolleyes::/

You can do it through VSD just as I did.:)

Hi Eric
Sorry but am building the site and because it isn't working am stying with huge list of text to scroll trhough until I can get your fab solution working. [This is also int hw rong forum as I'm just building it in VSD not the shopping cart.]

I'm wondering if it is the zip file. when I unzip it each file is 1kb only?

To sum up downloaded your accoridion.zip
opened it
copied the x4 files into a new folder I had created in my website folder
clicked HTML wizard and made a space for it
copied the html code in your example to body html
copied html code to header html
clicked preview

all the text appears correctly but there are no sliders and click show/hide functionality.

Sorry to be a pest but this would look fabulous on my new website and grinding teeth that I can't make it work :D

thanks for any popinters

You need to add the files to you site by using the add files tool.
Click "Edit" then "Add files"

HI there
OK started from scratch. Copied the folder, unzipped it, added it to my website folders
added html box and copied you body and header code into appropriate bits
clicked edit and add files and added the x4 files from accordion
clicked preview and get this (see attached)

I'm doing something really silly but cant for the life of me fathom what it is
sorry I'll bug you this one last time before I give up

PS thanks for your patience with me.

Can you publish the site to a test directory. I would be able to point you in the proper direction if I could see the page for myself.:)
