Scott, isn't that the same thing? I bought it before it was released. You can call it whatever you want, but the result is the same.

Not at all. You took advantage of a pre-release version at a substantially discounted rate. If you had concerns at that point, you could have asked us to clarify any questions you may have had or simply waited for the official release to download the trial.

Wait, so you claim that I took advantage of "a pre-release version at a discounted rate", yet that's not a pre-payment? Yeah, okay.

Are you ever planning on adding an option for multiple categories?

I am sure we will include that at some point.

That would be nice. I am eagerly awaiting any updates. The last version of this software came out in October.

Cart Creator Pro does what it does. It would be unrealistic to buy ANY software from ANY vendor on the premise that this feature, or that feature may be incorporated at some later stage. Planned features often get dropped because of integration problems, or changes of priority within development teams. Release dates get pushed further back by incorporating new ideas or encountering technical problems that can only be resolved by complete rewrites of large chunks of the code. That's the way it is with ALL software development, whoever is selling it. :/

If I want to build quick, easy to maintain sites that 'fast track' customers through the checkout process, then I use Cart Creator, if I want to build more complex sites that need advanced features, then I use more involved software which takes considerably longer. Usually taking weeks instead of hours.

What, exactly, does a flash based greeting card web site and a web site with a shopping cart have in common? Canned software is not going to achieve everything everybody wants. That's why there are coders for hire. :P
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

Correct me if I am wrong, but could you not create several "stores" with SCCP, link them and this would solve your need for sub upon sub upon sub catagories? True, I think your inventory might not work, but I think otherwise it would. Just an idea.

Steven,
You technically could do it that way, but I don't know if you could properly link all of the stores together. Then when I (as a customer) try to purchase 2 items from store A, and 1 item from store D, 4 items from store F, etc... I would have to check out of each one separately (I believe). IF I am wrong on how I believe this would work, then things would be fine, but I am certain that without some serious manipulations you would create more problems than solve.
