At this time I do not want to ship internationally. I can't find a way to remove "International" from the list of states to ship to. What am I missing?

Shop Settings>Taxes>Edit Location
From there you can choose where you wish to ship to. There are predefined lists for All Countries, European Union, Other Europe and United States.

Ahhh. Perfect. I thought that button was dead because I thought it was grayed out. Guess it helps to try it anyway.
