Received a coupon code for 20% off Shopping Cart Creator Pro but when I try to purchase there is no place to put the code

There is no coupon code system in the SCC Pro yet, it's slotted to be added to a future update (hopefully not too far in the future). Not sure where you'd have received a code to use from as that's something that isn't done in SCC Pro at all yet. Hang in there though, it should hopefully be *quotes Scott's infamous saying* ... Soon! lol

When you add SCCP to the basket, it takes you to to the Your Cart page. Look to the right side above Your Total. There is a box there that asks if you have a coupon code?

I think you may be referring to an email received today. I received it too. It says "Prefer the basic version? No problem — just use the coupon code xxxxxx when you check out to get 20% off your order."

I took out the coupon code and put xxxx as I didn't think CC would want me yelling that out.

But it appears the coupon code you may be referring to is for the Basic version of SCC. Scott will confirm.

OMG just color me blonde LOL, I don't know why, but for some reason I thought your post was referring to putting a code into a shop made "with" SCC Pro, not for buying SCC Pro, never mind and thanks Tom for the heads up

You probably came to our website through one of our special promotion pages. Since those specials are already heavily discounted, you cannot use a coupon. You can clear the promotion out by going to http://coffeecup.com/store/destroy Now just go back to http://coffeecup.com/store/ and select the software you want to buy and the coupon will appear on the cart checkout page.

Make sure you calculate your savings both ways, because CC's discounts on promos (especially newly released items) are usually much deeper discounts than a coupon is so check it both ways to get your best savings

.... The Gremlins ate my brain! That must be what's wrong! lol. I really am truly exhausted though, coming from mom's house where I had to care for 2 elderly people (her roomie had surgery and mom broke her leg in 4 places which wasn't expected) and then getting home to help hubby roof the house... tired is an understatement truly lol.
