Our first website and shopping cart for one of our biggest customers.

http://www.kingfisherkookers.com/ Click on products tab to get to items and add to cart or click on online catalog link on bottom navigation menu to go to online catalog/shopping cart created with SCC Basic then upgraded to Pro and SC Designer Basic upgraded to Pro. Pleased with upgrades but really needed some of the options that didnt make into this release.

Struggled with getting Authorize.net setup but got through that now having a couple of problems and need help and can post in other forum but not sure which one. Can't get the quantity in the cart to be editable like I see on all the stores people have listed here. Also can't get the search button at top right corner to move or not cover up the links at top of page. Any help is greatly appreciated.

-For the search box, go into Designer Pro and select the search box from the drop down list and then click on the Advanced tab. Use the Search Box Margin options to adjust the location of the box.

-The reason the quantity is not editable is because under "Quantities" you have it set to use "Default". This means the user cannot change the quantity. Instead use the option "Let Buyer Choose".

Thanks Scott. I was looking in the right place for the Search Box just couldn't figure out now I found it and got it moved.

I also found the quantity options under each product so I have to change it on each product. Thanks again for your help.

Sales Tax help - Does anybody know anything about the sales tax settings in the cart? I entered all the state sales tax and it shows in the cart drop down menu when uploaded to website but it doesn't enter it in the sales tax line and configure into the total. Am I missing a button to push or something? Thanks.

For each product you sell you also need to assign it to the proper tax category so the cart knows what to charge.

I am a little confused. I am playing with the trial. How do I set it up so the product is unique and only 1 can be sold?

That trial is fully functional, but you need to do 2 things:

1. Go into Your Shop > Inventory and turn on Inventory Tracking and Logging
2. Go to each product and then setup your inventory amount.

I set up each item as 1 in inventory. Why does the product grid show a -1 in stock?

Press the Inventory button to update you shop counts.

How do add an email address for a contact us page? I am doing something like:

To Contact Us:

Email - thisshop.yahoo.com

How do I make that bring up an email form?
