Hi All,

I have created a shopping for a website but having trouble uploading it the site though the internal ftp. I do have all my ftp settings correct. It won't upload. It comes up with error can not connect to the server. What I'm doing wrong?

Since it's most likely that you don't have the right settings for the ftp settings (even though we think we do, that's usually what is wrong in some silly little character or another missing or extra or incorrect when we think it's right), I would suggest that you open a ticket with CC support so they can take a look at your setup and make sure that it's not just in the ftp settings and not in the program. I'm doubtful it's the program since it works for most everyone else, but there are lots of different variables that can be the problem such as incorrect settings on the server, maybe your server doesn't support something correctly, or things like that. CC would be the people to help with those issues so you don't share sensative information here on the forums. Good Luck!
